No Monday HIIT class with Mo is ever the same!!!! You cant get too comfortable which allows your body to always be challenged!

Tough but fun class, Zeek was awesome!

Mo was a great instructor. Managed a packed class of 14 folks (when its ideal for 6-8) really well. Made adjustments throughout class and explained moves well. Loved the variety!

Good class for all levels so you can make it challenging or scaled down. Even in a big class, Mo kept an eye on form. I always thought spacing at this gym is awkward, but you can make it work.

This was a tough workout but very effective! I will definitely be returning.

What is ClassPass?

With hundreds of studios in our ever-growing network, you're bound to always find a new class to enjoy. When your cycle renews, you can go back and revisit those favorites yet again!
