HIIT
While I did get a great sweat which was the main goal, it seemed as though the instructor lacked any plan for the workout. He was improvising as we went along called for certain moves at the start of a set and then never even got to them by the end. He also kept repeating the same moves over and over which towards the end risked injury because you can’t keep good form after exhausting the same move over and over. If you want a good workout with some fore thought I recommend move SF over this

No Monday HIIT class with Mo is ever the same!!!! You cant get too comfortable which allows your body to always be challenged!

Mo was a great instructor. Managed a packed class of 14 folks (when its ideal for 6-8) really well. Made adjustments throughout class and explained moves well. Loved the variety!

What is ClassPass?
