Pilates Mat with Aylin
I’m feeling muscles in between my ribs that I’ve never felt before!! When I say this was a fantastic class I’m not exaggerating. My teacher really thoroughly explained very positions and paid attention to my muscle engagement. I got a phenomenal workout.

Absolutely awful and a waste of time. This class is usually great when it is taught by Mo. The sub had no idea what he was doing and it was extremely disorganized. Nothing high intensity about this class, didn’t even break a sweat.

Always love and appreciate the variety! This class pushes you! There’s no stopping so you have to give 100% the entire class!

While I did get a great sweat which was the main goal, it seemed as though the instructor lacked any plan for the workout. He was improvising as we went along called for certain moves at the start of a set and then never even got to them by the end. He also kept repeating the same moves over and over which towards the end risked injury because you cant keep good form after exhausting the same move over and over. If you want a good workout with some fore thought I recommend move SF over this
