Personalized attention. Very traditional weight lifting workout focused on sets and reps. Good for pure strength, power and muscular development.

David is awesome and knowledgable. He'll motivate and go at your pace while pushing you just the right amount. He is not there to torture, but to get you to become a better athlete. He has a great eye for detail so you can rest easy about getting injured from training negligence. Loved the class.

Very personal approach to strength and performance training. Expected a class based approach but got highly methodical customized session that focuses on results and overall physical improvement in the areas of speed, power, agility, strength, and core. Overall, I recommend them for anyone looking to be more become a more well rounded athlete and physical preparedness.
