About this studio

Outbreak Fitness offers interval training classes lead by experienced coaches in a unique environment. Classes are 60 minutes in length; they include a brief warmup, followed by a series of low skill, functional exercises, performed in a circuit-style manner. The interval classes focus solely on conditioning. We welcome all levels!

Good workout - partner stuff. Only a small part is rowing so the class description is a bit off. Also not the best for beginners since the instructor didn’t really demonstrate proper form at the beginning. He did come around to offer corrections though. Also wish it included some stretching. Overall, great for strength training and conditioning.

I really loved this class and the instructor! 9/10 would go again but definitely dont go if youre a germaphobe because a lot of the activities you have to do on the dirty floor :)

What is ClassPass?
