About this studio

Outbreak Fitness in Clinton Hill offers interval training classes lead by experienced CrossFIt coaches in a unique environment. Classes are 50 minutes in length; they include a brief warmup, followed by a series of low skill, functional exercises, performed in a circuit-style manner. The interval classes focus solely on conditioning. They also offer vinyasa yoga group classes; they welcome all levels!

There was a sub today and she gave clear instructions but the class felt really short and not in the it was so good it went by quickly way. It just was shorter than 55 minutes. We did 3 minutes of rowing and about 30 minutes of intervals including breaks.

Really high quality and personalized. No CrossFit experience necessary. Great energetic workout and good vibes.
Active Recovery
Designed as an active cool down, so I recommend coming warm or doing the class at this gym before. Thats not necessary however. Feel incredibly good + supple afterwards; instructor shared lots of takeaway knowledge and movements I can use at home.

Really small class, 2 people, super attentive and helpful instructor. Crossfit gym is casual space but offered a great, full body workout.
