About this studio

Katerina's teaching comes straight from her heart and her personal practice. She was looking to deepen her spiritual practice when enrolled in Teacher Training at Bristol City Yoga, where she discovered a great passion for teaching and sharing the many benefits of yoga. She maintains the focus on core integration and alignment stemming from her desire to use yoga as a tool to heal and strengthen the body on both mental and physical plane and many more. In her classes expect to breath, laugh and use bodies to your maximum capacity when practicing asana.

What is ClassPass?
