Honestly one of the most disappointing classes Ive taken here. Elizabeth seems like a nice person, but it was tough to appreciate her as a yoga instructor. She was monotone, unenthusiastic, and frankly just seemed bored to be there. Didnt really guide anyone or have personality in her teaching. Will not return for this class.

Warm Bowspring All Levels with Naia
I loved it! It was a totally new way of moving for me which Im always looking for to widen my practice and learn to love better. Definitely has all the elements of yoga (lunge warm ups, lateral stretches, standing balances, inversions, twists and a savasana) but the style is much more concerned with movement than breath, focus or meditation. Good balanced workout!
Restorative Yoga-Unheated with Jen
This is nap-time Yoga. You will not move very much, so be prepared for that. We were guided into 3-4 prop-supported poses and then we laid there for 10 minutes or so. Jen had a lovely voice and presence, I wish there had been more guided meditation rather than silence. She was very attentive to everyones needs in each pose, which lead to some shuffling around while you were trying to zen out. I did feel very chill afterwards though.

This was my first time taking a hot yoga class but Alison was very welcoming and made the class enjoyable even for beginners!
