[Heated] Water with Reza
The instructor was so good.
[Infrared] Space Element with Lizzie
Beautiful accordion and singing. You will sweat in this class. Challenging twists and for strength for intermediated and up. Lizzie talks fast, so learn the lingo. Look forward to more.
[Heated] Water with Reza
A great work out and a great stretch. The fact that the class is heated means your body feels relaxed and amazing afterwards!
[Heated] Water with Reza
Great hot yoga!
Earth with Lizzie
Amazing as always! A great way to stretch and recover from a hard day.
Earth with Alex
Slow holds. Big hip openers! Feeling grounded. This instructor had us face the back of the room (no mirror) it was perfect!
Water with Alex
Instructor is great about adjusting your alignment in moves.
Water with Alex

[Infrared] Earth with Lizzie
This class wasn’t infrared.
[Heated] Water with Reza
Hot flow, great class with Reza.
[Heated] Water with Reza
Quality instruction. Very clear and concise in a faster flow. Keeps us on our toes with unexpected flow order and poses. Love it. Was challenged during the entire length of the class.
[Infrared] Earth with Lizzie
Very relaxing! I love the slow pace and connectedness of the class. Very healing and great end to my day.
Earth with Alex
Great grounding gentle stretching!
Water with Alex
This class really challenged my practice in a very good way! The adjustments made for me weren’t pushy, they were useful and just right. However, if you don’t like being touched/adjusted, say something before class.
[Infrared] Earth with Lizzie
VERY slow-paced. I’d only recommend this to someone who is elderly, injured or has a very labor-intensive job. But if you’d like me (and most Americans) and have a fairly sedentary life/job, so you’re looking to do yoga for a workout, then this is not it. The studio does have more fitness-oriented classes that i would love to try, though.
Response from the studio:
Hi, thanks for your feedback! Our Earth class is a yin/restorative style of class intended as an opportunity to open space in the body and deep stretch using longer passive holds. This is definitely not a workout option but it does compliment an active lifestyle if you are have tight, sore muscles, or if you are someone who is challenged with finding stillness and relaxing in general. With that said, if you are looking for more of an active class, I'd highly encourage you attending our Heated Water on either Tues 8pm, Weds 6am or Sat 10am - I think it will be more what you are looking for and I'd love to see you there! Best, Reza
[Heated] Water with Reza
Fabulous class as per usual
Candlelight Meditation with Siri
Sarah is very nice and fun. I felt great after walking out of there. Will definitely come back!
Water with Lea
Didn’t really feel like a vinyasa class because we would hold poses for multiple long breaths. Instructor was very encouraging and approached for adjustments very often.
Water with Jacqueline
Great yoga class, just what I needed.
[Heated] Water with Reza
Reza’s water sequence class is fantastic. great instruction, good pacing and challenging in a moderately heated setting.
Space Element with Lizzie
This class was so relaxing, definitely a strength challenge and was very a tension reliever! This was my first yoga class and I enjoyed it very much. Be sure to arrive early because the spaces fill up quickly.
[Heated] Water with Reza
Fans get a little loud so it can be hard to hear.
[Heated] Water with Reza
Reza’s vinyasa style water sequence is still my favorite class. The class builds slowly is still challenging and gives you a great foundation. Highly recommend.
