I really liked this class; relaxing, and teacher was with us the whole way. Slightly challenging, had a lot of balance poses but also variations so that was good!

Therapeutic gentle stretches that can be adjusted to go as deep as you need to release tension and get more flexible. Magda teaches a great sequences within the flow!

Good hip and heart opening yin poses that are held for 1-2 minutes. Great stretch sequences.
Vinyasa Flow | La Habra with Audrey
Audrey was a great hands-on instructor when needed. Challenged me but provided alternatives without making me feel as though I was out of my depth. Provided cues for doing our own vinyasa flows after showing us one a few times. Overall, great experience!

Ballet Barre | La Habra with Dana
This was more of a classic barre class than I was expecting. The instructor was very nice and there were only 2 students so lots of individual attention. Probably not for me but if you are more interested in actual ballet, could be for you.

Perfect for a true beginner. Savvy was informative and welcoming.

Instructor gave good cues on which muscles to engage during the pose. Too many sun salutations, would have been better with a more variety of poses within the flow sequence. Stretches at the end were great!

Decent class. Some good stretching and poses, but lacked flow.

What is ClassPass?
