From Yoga to High Intensity Training, there’s a group fitness class for all interests and skill levels. Their instructors are patient and encouraging, so working out in a group isn’t intimidating–it’s actually fun!

How to prepare

Please bring your ID with you, sign in with our friendly front desk staff, and prepare for an amazing fitness experience! If you are arriving for a class, plan to come 10-15 minutes early and let your instructor know that this is your first experience with O2 Fitness. They will help you get set up and ready!

It was a very challenging workout. The music selection helps keep you pumped and Ashley made sure to target all of your muscle groups. My only complaint is that this gym has changed addresses and ClassPass has not updated it. New address: 90. I would have been early, had I known the address change. Be sure to be early to be able to get all of the equipment you will need for the class!

A great workout but o2 desperately needs new equipment, it is very worn out.

They did a last minute switch to Zumba and I didnt find out until class started. Instructor was fine but not the class I was there for.

Your app signed me up for the wrong day. There was no class on Thursday. The gym was nice enough to let me workout.

Carter invites you to join her and sing a long to some of her (and probably your) favorite pop songs. This is a medium intensity dance class. If Zumba scares you but you still want to move, try this class. Lots of repetition to make sure you get the moves. If you like a higher intensity class this might not be a good pick for you. The instructor gave higher intensity options throughout the class. A good mix of ages, fitness levels and ethnicities in the class which is always a good sign. You will leave smiling and sweaty.

This class was actually Tabata not BodyAttack but still very hard and a great workout!

What is ClassPass?

With hundreds of studios in our ever-growing network, you're bound to always find a new class to enjoy. When your cycle renews, you can go back and revisit those favorites yet again!
