From Yoga to High Intensity Training, there’s a group fitness class for all interests and skill levels. Their instructors are patient and encouraging, so working out in a group isn’t intimidating–it’s actually fun!

How to prepare

Please bring your ID with you, sign in with our friendly front desk staff, and prepare for an amazing fitness experience! If you are arriving for a class, plan to come 10-15 minutes early and let your instructor know that this is your first experience with O2 Fitness. They will help you get set up and ready!

Your app signed me up for the wrong day. There was no class on Thursday. The gym was nice enough to let me workout.

Carter invites you to join her and sing a long to some of her (and probably your) favorite pop songs. This is a medium intensity dance class. If Zumba scares you but you still want to move, try this class. Lots of repetition to make sure you get the moves. If you like a higher intensity class this might not be a good pick for you. The instructor gave higher intensity options throughout the class. A good mix of ages, fitness levels and ethnicities in the class which is always a good sign. You will leave smiling and sweaty.

This class was actually Tabata not BodyAttack but still very hard and a great workout!

Apparently Loretta was not scheduled to teach this class, and O2 Fitness failed to find a substitute or notify the students of absence of one. 2 regulars ended up leading the class and saving the day, but Im disappointed in O2 Fitness lack of communication once again

hate to give one star, but: class pass schedule did not match gym schedule, class I arrived for was not actually happening. the gym demanded to hold my ID, which I then forgot to pick up when I left, had to make a trip back. This is my own fault I know, but a silly policy. Lady at front desk was nice, gym was clean and tidy, not crowded ( but at an off peak time)

What is ClassPass?
