About this studio
The O2 Endurance Training Center is a full service facility for endurance athletes of any ability and experience level. Training is done in groups of 8-16 athletes, but every session is optimized to individual fitness levels through a testing and progression. Group workouts utilize the best technology to ensure each athlete gets the correct amount of work and intensity for maximum gains. Offerings such as indoor cycling, running, rowing, yoga and strength training are supported by on site sports massage and bike techs to make sure that injuries and mechanical issues don't derail your efforts. We work hard indoors so that we can PLAY hard when we go outdoors. How to prepare
For cycling groups, please bring your own road bike and cycling shoes. For strength and run sessions, please wear appropriate attire/footwear for the activity. For swim sessions, please wear appropriate attire, goggles and a swim cap. *NOTE: Swim sessions are hosted at 9100 SE Sunnyside, Clackamas, OR.
How to get there
The Training Center is located at 5802 SE 92nd Ave in Portland. We're just off the I-205/Foster Rd exit and just 1 block north of the 92nd/Foster intersection. There are several cross-town routes to our location, so even heavy traffic is rarely an issue. Our parking lot has 16 spaces and there are more than 40 curbside spaces near our location.
