About this studio
The O2 Endurance Training Center is a full service facility for endurance athletes of any ability and experience level. Training is done in groups of 8-16 athletes, but every session is optimized to individual fitness levels through a testing and progression. Group workouts utilize the best technology to ensure each athlete gets the correct amount of work and intensity for maximum gains. Offerings such as indoor cycling, running, yoga and strength training are supported by on site sports massage and bike techs to make sure that injuries and mechanical issues don't derail your efforts. We work hard indoors so that we can PLAY hard when we go outdoors.
