About this studio

November Project™ is a free fitness movement that was born in Boston as a way to stay in shape during cold New England months. Now present in multiple cities around the world, the movement uses a simple sense of accountability (verbal) to motivate and encourage people of all ages, shapes, sizes and fitness levels to get out of their beds and get moving. Their members vary from Olympic medalists, professional athletes, marathoners, triathletes, current and former collegiate athletes all the way to complete fitness rookies and recent couch potatoes just looking to kickstart their healthy life choices. If you think that you’re not fit enough to join the group, stop thinking and come see what the fuss is all about.

How to prepare

Please wear comfortable workout clothing and athletic shoes. If you're not familiar with winter workout attire, we recommend at least a pair of leggings, a warm underlayer on top, and a windbreaker. We often bring backpacks to keep extra clothing. Also, bring your wallet and join us at coffee after the workout!

How to get there

November Project Toronto meets outside gates 5/6 of the Rogers Centre. Most of the time, they work out at this meeting spot, but we occasionally run to a park or other spot nearby. So DONT BE LATE!

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.

Price of membership depends on your plan type and city, and you can book and explore classes ranging from yoga to barre to cycling to martial arts – the options are truly endless!

The number of classes you can take and the number of times you can visit a studio per month depends on which plan you're on. You can figure out which plan you're on by going to your Account Settings and looking under 'Your current plan.' With hundreds of studios in our ever-growing network, you're bound to always find a new class to enjoy. When your cycle renews, you can go back and revisit those favorites yet again!
