Love this class! It’s always a diverse group there which is really nice. Megan does a great job designing a challenging work out that changes every time. And the music is fantastic!

Really like this class! Today Megan’s husband Matt taught instead of her. Still a great workout! I would be surprised if my arms aren’t fairly sore tomorrow.

Love this class! Basically a boot camp style class with a few minutes of personal boxing instruction. Really like it! Plan on going to this class as often as possible.

Great class! I’ve never boxed before but have wanted to try it for a long time. Megan was an awesome instructor. It was a circuit style class, with about 6 minutes of personalized 2-on-1 boxing with her, another 6 minutes on the bag. The rest of the circuits were mostly cardio (rowing, burpees, lunges, abs station). I felt like I got sufficient instruction and a great work out. Everyone was super welcoming. Other perks: parking is super easy and they have community gloves to borrow. Will definitely be back!!

Megan is the best! And her class was awesome! I love starting my day with a workout with her. She pushes you, encourages you and helps you with you form.

About this studio

CrossFit can be intimidating! NewCov CrossFit has focused on developing individuals one person at a time! The trainers not only teach technique but help you achieve your potential while motivating you to accomplish your goals. CLASSES: Beginner class- for those who are new to Crossfit. CrossFit is a unique style of high intensity, cross-functional workouts. Workouts incorporate cardiovascular, weightlifting & bodyweight skills. The classes are not all instruction—there is a CrossFit workout at the end of class. Em's Fitcamp-Bootcamp style workout. Great cardio workout. 7 classes/day NEXT WEIGHT LOSS CHALLENGE: November 5th. How to prepare

Comfortable gym clothes and a good pair of gym shoes are all you need. You may want to bring a water bottle to stay hydrated. We have shower facilities and offer complimentary towels. You supply the rest. They have ample parking. If their parking lot is full, please feel free to park across the street in the Builders Surplus parking lot. Park on the right hand side of the lot.

How to get there

They are conveniently located less than 2 miles from downtown Cincinnati, Ohio. Take I-71 South. Keep right at the fork to continue on I-471 S, follow signs for Newport KY. Take exit 5 toward KY-8/Newport/Bellevue. Merge onto Park Ave. Turn left onto Dave Cowens Dr. Turn left onto Washington Ave. Turn right onto E 3rd St. Turn left onto Saratoga St. Turn right onto E 6th St. Destination will be on the right

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.
