Naam Aromatherapy with Dallas
naam really needs to work on their naming. this was a chanting/meditation class with some essential oils thrown on top. not a bad class, but definitely not as advertised.
Restorative Yoga and Sound Healing. with Robert
a great meditation class-- BUT, it must be noted, NOT a restorative yoga class. there was no asana at all in this class. the name is definitely misleading and should be changed.
Essential Deep Restoration; Restorative Yoga + Sacred + Medicinal Aromatherapy with Kristine
Amazing, restorative, such a beautiful workshop

Shakti Naam with Rob
The teacher was friendly, smiling and nice but not the king of class I enjoy. Quite bizarre atmosphere, talk about kabala, sacred number, Hebrew alphabet ...I like spirituality and I was expecting a meditation breathing class and not that. I was really bored and didn’t enjoy it at all. On top of it the teacher said 4 times looking at me that if someone was pregnant or in her cycle I could do it differently ! Well....I’m not pregnant and I’m quite shocked that he said it multiple times looking in my direction. I have a good sense of humour but be careful about sensitive people.
Shakti Naam with Sonia
The instructor didn’t show up until the end of the class. Deedra, who substituted did a wonderful job.
Vinyasa - All Levels with Laura
No flow just a couple of poses. Very slow and meditative. Even though there were only 2 students there were no adjustments.
Vinyasa - All Levels with Laura
Slow meditative approach
Candlelit Restorative Yoga - All Levels with Cathy
I am not the biggest fan of yoga and generally it can be a bit too challenging for me. Cathy was amazing and incredibly supportive. She was very instructive and made me feel welcome.
Shakti Naam: Community is Immunity with Jara
Amazing!!
New Moon Celebration with Rob
Not a workout, but s great celebration of the new moon and the true start of the new year
Shakti Naam: Community is Immunity with Jara
Music was very loud, unpleasant and prevented getting into the meditation. Instructor had very shrill voice, not relaxing. Was more of a self help session
Vinyasa - All Levels with Cathy
Cathy was great! Very relaxing, but very beginner.
Candlelit Restorative Yoga - All Levels with Cathy
Amazing, uplifting and energising beginning and deeply relaxing at the end. Thoroughly recommend
Vinyasa - All Levels with Laura

Vinyasa - All Levels with Laura
Great instructor
Candlelit Restorative Yoga - All Levels with Cathy
The studio was lovely, clean, and welcoming. The instructor was clearly knowledgeable but I didn’t care for her tendency for tangents about personal matters and things unconnected to class. I appreciated her asking everyone if they had any requests but the session felt disjointed/poorly planned. A lot of time was spent on set-up and explanations but it wasn’t always clear what we should be trying to achieve in each posture or adjustment. Aromatherapy is fine with me, but I would have liked if she explained why it was incorporated/what the intention was.
Shakti Naam: Community is Immunity with Jara
this was not really an exercise class but more some spiritual type of class
Candlelight Yoga - All Levels with Joelle
Wonderful, relaxing, hands on adjustments during the meditation
Slow Flow / Restorative with Maggie
Eh
Vinyasa - All Levels with Cathy
Very good class, nice studio and kind expert instructor!
Shakti Naam with Rob
Not a workout, more of a spiritual class. If you are religious you may feel uncomfortable with the chanting. Rob was really nice and welcoming. Will be back to Naam but maybe not this class.
Candlelit Restorative Yoga - All Levels with Laura
Wasn't a bad class, but definitely not a restorative class-- more of a slow vinyasa flow, which wasn't exactly what I wanted. Some of the instructor's cues we're confusing/hard to follow. Also, this is just a personal preference, but if an instructor is going to touch me during shavasana, I'd like to have some kind of warning.
