Small class with individual attention, loved the range of exercises and stretches including use of Pilates Ring. Great start to the day, and the coffee shop opened at 7am!

Kimberley was great, very knowledgeable and explains each movement. Slow paced and focuses on moving correctly
Steam Room 30 minutes with Steam
Staff were lovely. Steam room was good except it was definitely too hot for 30 minutes. Also the environment was not as luxurious as they made out eg no tissues, face wipes etc. it was the same as going to a steam room at Fitness First. I also think 11 points (equivalent to $25-30 ) is way too excessive. Nice cafe though.

About this studio

Their boutique studio provides a personalized experience, ensuring you get the attention you deserve. Optimizing results with a focus on form, technique and muscle activation. ​ Pilates method focuses on precise mind to body muscle activation, strengthening of the core and pelvic floor, building stability, improving strength, balance, coordination, muscle toning and complete body awareness. With 50 classes to choose from suiting all levels of fitness from beginners, intermediate, jump board cardio, function hiit circuit pilates and their beginner classes also cater for ante/post natal women. Men and Woman of all levels are welcome.

How to prepare

Wear comfortable clothing, allowing free movement and grip socks for safety and hygiene. Their Nourish Cafe has available water & beverages. New to Pilates, please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to class.

How to get there

They are located 2 minute walk from Camberwell Station. 1 Hour metered parking available out front, alternatively 2-4 hours street parking is best on Burwood Rd, Broadway or Cookson Street.
