MOXIE Method (All Levels) with Katrina
Loved Katrina’s class. She explains every single movement thoroughly and doesn’t shy a way from cracking jokes in the middle of practice. She is also able to adjust the movement for all levels.

Tanya always skips me when she goes around the room at the end of class! Am I missing something? Also wish that she would explain moves in more detail for beginners. Otherwise good class.

Great yoga class. A vinyasa-inspired flow that was challenging but also modifiable for different levels. The instructor was attentive. The studio is near the street so it can be a bit noisy but it didn’t bother me. Would take this class again!

Power Yoga with Raquel
I loved Raquel’s flow. It certainly wasn’t “power yoga”. Don’t expect weights or hiit or anything of that sort. However, it still was a good workout. I’d have liked for it to be more challenging, yet generally I’d not mind going again.

Absolutely LOOOVED Katy’s class. She was extremely clear, pleasant and got me sweating!! The class was full, which I’m not surprised although it was an early class cause she was great. The movement was modified to fit both advanced and beginners.

Second class here. It was extremely empty today compared to the weekend class. The instructor was okay, I asked her to feel free to adjust as many times as she wants and she did.

I loved everything about this place. The person who greeted me in the front was pleasant. I made there there about 15 mins before class started so I was able to get a good spot. They have markings on the floor to place the mats, so I’m not sure what they do when a class is over capacity (don’t know if it happens). Yea it was kinda tight, but so if every yoga studio. I’m short anyway so I wasn’t touching the person in front or behind me. The instruction was very clear to follow. I was able to talk to the instructor (Colleen) after the class too and she was super informative. Definitely recommend it

I would have liked to of held the poses longer, she rushed through them. Also, as a yoga teacher myself, this class is definitely one youll get injured in. So many students pressing into updog with their knees down, ankles splayed in low lunge, she was not giving enough cues or adjustments. The guy next to me jolted out of a pose because he was clearly in sharp pain.

Elaines class always emphasizes solid fundamentals and alignment and builds up to a challenging flow. Great adjustments too!
