MOXIE Method (All Levels) with Laura
I showed up at 9:16 and the doors were locked
MOXIE Method (All Levels) with Lauren
Overall positive, though I feel like I could have used more corrections
MOXIE Method (All Levels) with Nina
Very crowded! Barely a space to lay my mat, but awesome class as always and great instructor
MOXIE Method (All Levels) with Robel
Love the instructor and the studio.
Power Yoga with Mark
Mark has a great flow. I'll be back!
MOXIE Method (All Levels) with Laura
Laura was great! I like that she offered alternative and gradually more advanced options for different asanas/poses. It was my first vinyasa glow in a LONG time and I’m not very experienced but I was mostly able to keep up because she offered great direction for the asanas and not just the name of them. With more practice I think I’d be just dandy. Definitely coming back for more.
Power Yoga with Odette
best class I've done so far!
Power Yoga with Megan
Power Yoga is pretty much just regular yoga, I’m not sure why it has the Power descriptor. The studio was nice and clean, with friendly people and instructor. There are two spots to change, & you can rent a mat, if you need. The music was the usual calm yoga music, and the practice was usual yoga with no extra power moves, exercises or crunches. It was totally not what I was expecting, but I enjoyed it anyway. The thing I liked least was that, while not as hot as hot yoga, it was hotter than normal, which some people like, but always makes me feel slightly ill. I would return for sure when I’m looking for a nice middle yoga class, which I often am.
MOXIE Method (All Levels) with Mark
Mark is legit one of the best, most organized, and creative yoga instructors I've ever had. His cues are spot-on, and his modifications make his class truly all levels. Definitely my favorite yoga class in SF.
Power Yoga with Kate
Finally a teacher here that doesn’t seem brand new.
MOXIE Method (All Levels) with Mark
Good work out
Power Yoga with Odette
Nice teacher but still needs better verbal cues and transitions between poses. A few times there wasn’t really a smooth transition between poses.
Power Yoga with Sara
There was a sub from the 20th Street location, and she was great! Awesome flow with more advanced modifications so students can make it as challenging as they want to. She also walked around and provided alignment corrections.
MOXIE Method (All Levels) with Kristin
Great class and energy.
Power Yoga with Eunice
I normally love Moxie but this was a new teacher- she is kind and has a strong style but needs some work on her class flow to make it feel like a true power yoga class !
MOXIE Method (All Levels) with Lauren
Perfect! 5stars! (Appreciate if set better ventilation:D
Power Yoga with Kate
Great class! And encouraging instructor! Im definitely a beginner but I didnt feel discouraged or intimidated at all!
Power Yoga with Odette
Instructor not of the same caliber Ive come to expect from this studio. Very disappointing.
MOXIE Method (All Levels) with Lauren
Great class and teacher! But the studio has ants and it was distracting - they were crawling on my mat!
MOXIE Method (All Levels) with Robel
Overall good, but starting a 6:30AM class with a plank followed by 5 chaturanga pushups was a bit abrupt. Would love about 1-2 poses as warm up before that.
MOXIE Method (All Levels) with Lauren
Great cues and transitions!
MOXIE Method (All Levels) with Laura
loved it
Power Yoga with Eunice
Poorly paced with an uncertain, novice instructor. Would not attend a yoga session here again.
Power Yoga with Eunice
Instructor seemed very, very green. There was virtually no flow throughout class and her instructions felt awkward and forced. Could tell other students felt similarly.
Power Yoga with Kaitlyn
Needed more verbal cues and also to see her. Instead she was lined up with us in the back row demonstrating so I had to twist my neck to see what was next since there were some verbal cues lacking. Also, I dont think we did both sides evenly. Maybe this is a new teacher?
