About this studio

Mom in Balance offers energetic outdoor workouts for pregnant women, postpartum recovery workouts and an energetic HIIT workout for all women who want to be fit and in shape. Their challenging but fun group workouts will not only help you to become stronger and improve your physical fitness but will also give you energy and a positive mindset. This is exactly what you need in the first years of motherhood! During the workouts, there is always room for your personal needs and wishes, do not hesitate to discuss this with your trainer. Mom in Balance has ten years of experience and you will find them in almost all the parks in the Netherlands, but also in more and more countries all over the world including USA, Switzerland, Austria, France, Sweden, Germany, Belgium, Singapore and Kenya.

Please wear comfortable active wear and well supported athletic shoes.

How to get there

Please note that Mom in Balance at Battery Park has two meeting locations: Monday classes take place at Pier 25. The class will meet at the turf field near the end of the pier. Friday classes take place at West Thames Park. The class meets at the turf field close to the pedestrian bridge.

What is ClassPass?
