About this studio

Modo Hot Yoga has been voted the "Best Yoga Studio" in Cincinnati by CityBeat Magazine in consecutive years (2016 & 2017) Modo is an accessible, community based yoga studio, which offers many different yoga classes ( Modo which is heated, Yin, Ashtanga, Hot Flow, Pre-Natal, Kids) along with Pilates, Barre, Iron Hour (yoga w/ light weights) and other fun and challenging classes. Classes are suitable for all levels of ability. Their studio has two practice rooms - one is a hot room (heated to 100F), the other room is average temperature or can be lightly heated. After class, enjoy the filtered water station, large change rooms, spacious showers, and the provided Aveda hair and body product. They look forward to seeing you soon.

How to prepare

Please wear comfortable yoga or exercise clothes. Slightly form fitting clothes are advised so that the instructor may provide alignment cues and as needed adjustments. 
Please bring your mat, yoga/shower towel and a water bottle. Modo provides a filtered water station, so you can hydrate well before and after class. After class, all your needs will be met in our modern change rooms. The studio provides spacious showers, Aveda shampoo, conditioner and body wash for all of our guests.

Kathryn was very welcoming and this was a great first experience for hot yoga.
Yin Yoga - 75 minutes (non-heated) with Adam
Locker room door slammed about 75 times during class and really impacted my practice.
Iron Hour - 60 minutes with Hollie
I really like this class. Good balance of strength and stretching, especially with the heated room. Best part is Hollie, who seems to be one of the best instructors in town. She always counts down the moves and switches up the moves so much during class that you never get bored. I would highly recommend any of her classes.
Cardio Barre - 60 minutes with Dee
Cool class. Very ballet focused which is different than Im used to and a welcomed change. She was a motivating instructor. Would recommend!
Iron Hour - 60 minutes with Hollie
Possibly my favorite class Ive been to on classpass. Definitely challenging. More focused on strength then yoga. The playlist was AMAZING. Loved it.

Great workout and I love the music. Good balance of cardio with toning/strengthening. Annie always offers modifications and I think she does a great job letting you tailor the class so you get what you want out of it (cardio, strength, etc).

What is ClassPass?
