Amazing and beautiful place. Slow movements, not a heavy or challenging workout, more like taking a moment to slow down after a busy day. Beautifully decorated.

Wanted to try something new...studio space is great and room was relaxing but you can easily emulate this at home.

Thanks for your feedback. We definitely support and encourage at-home practice whenever possible! We strive to provide an elevated experience that consists of live guidance from highly-trained facilitators (with the opportunity to ask questions after), our living areas and art gallery to unwind before and after the class, complimentary kombucha-on-tap and artisanal tea, custom ergonomic seating, and a multi-sensory meditation room with diffused essential oils, immersive soundscapes, and our captivating light wall. If you're looking for even more, you'll definitely want to try our Focus class with brain sensing technology or our immersive Power Breath "HIIT meditation" class.

the next class started shortly after, while I was cooling down on a beanbag chair. and the class was a workshop... out in the open... in front of the lockers. I was too afraid of interrupting their meditation to get my stuff and leave. on the plus side, it was a great place to spend almost 2 hours reading. downside, the studio is freezing. pack big socks and a sweater.

Very relaxing session. My first time meditating so it was tough to let go but definitely a relaxed first experience, and left feeling calmer. Facility is great to come relax after the session as well (definitely try the soft bean bags).

Interesting to try. Waiting room has a good atmosphere, with complimentary drinks. Remember to ask for the headset (if it’s a class that allows it) or they will not offer it. Comfortable seats. I would have preferred the intro to have clearer take-away points and the reception person to give a bit more direction, just in comparison to other studios I’ve been to.

Thanks for your feedback! Our Focus Boost & Recharge classes always include a complimentary Muse headset by default. For our other classes, which often use meditation styles that are not calibrated for Muse's algorithm and may not lead to accurate results, you do need to specially request them (however we are always happy to accommodate!). We'll be sure to relay your feedback for clearer direction to our front desk team.

An excellent experience and a beautiful space. Had a lovely time arriving early, lounging in extremely comfortable bean bag style chairs and drinking complimentary kombucha. Was also able to lounge around for a bit after the class. Will definitely be back, I feel amazing!
