About this studio

Mindful Elephant Yoga welcomes everyone and EVERY body to a supportive community of yogis that uplift one another on the journey of life. Students tell them they love the warm welcome upon arrival, personalized attention, and practicing in a space that is not overcrowded. They offer a variety of classes to ensure you can find a style and unique experience that honors your body, mind & spirit. Styles offered include Kripalu, Hatha, Vinyasa, Mindful Flow, Yin, Gentle, Chair Yoga, and Restorative; and many classes include Meditation. Yoga is more than what happens on your mat. At Mindful Elephant Yoga, they encourage and inspire students to live their yoga practice on AND off the mat. They passionately believe doing this can transform your life.

How to prepare

Bring your own yoga mat or rent one for just $2. Class will start at scheduled time and door to studio will be locked at that time. To protect and respect the practice, no late arrivals are permitted, so please arrive at least 5 minutes before class. If you cancel within 2 hours of class time or do not show for class, you will be charged as if you attended. They look forward to having you in class!

How to get there

Mindful Elephant Yoga is located on the corner of 20th and Spring Garden Street. Entrance is through the red doors on 20th Street. Street parking is available on Spring Garden St., 20th St., and around the neighborhood, in addition to metered parking on other surrounding streets. Parking garages are also available at the new Whole Foods only one block away!

Once again great class! This class changes focus every month. For example, January was forward bends, February is heart opening, which increases mobility in thoracic spine and also great for shoulder opening. All movement is smooth and truly meaningful, thus enjoyable.
