They suggest bringing your own mat, however they have them to use at no cost if needed. Nothing else is required. They supply all other props.

Slow Flow & Align (Intermediate) with Valerie
The building is a little sketchy on the outside but the studio was very nice inside and the instructor walked us through each of the movements with a deliberate pace. It was refreshing and I did new stretches that I’ve never done before. I’d recommend it if you ignore the outside appearance.

slow flow and align class was as described. studio is small but warm. it was a little awkward for me at first because I wasn't sure what to do/get. i think this is a great class if you are new to yoga or just trying to get into a practice. :)

Restorative Yoga with Ann
I used to go to Mind Body waaaay back in the day when Jennifer Fairbanks used to own it and it was cute, clean, super zen and nice. When I showed up yesterday, it was very chaotic, confusing and very far from ANY of the words I used before. My instructor was nice and the session was okay. But you'll get no corrections on form at all (until the end of class when it's "restorative" time). The class set up is odd. You'll want to bring your own props & blankets because when I arrived they had no blocks, bolsters or blankets and when I finally got a blanket, it smelled like nasty feet. But again - if you know what you're doing...and have your own props...this instructor did have me relaxed, restored and all stretched out by the time I left. ;)
Reiki Circle & Meditation with Preeti
Needed time for myself to center and get a little philosophical if I need to. Discussion will follow the meditation if you have need of it. Sometimes I'm in a hurry and need to leave, but I really appreciate the days when I can stick around and talk about my meditation experience or anything else the group wants to talk about!

What is ClassPass?
