About this studio

Mind Body Movement is an exercise studio where the connection of mind and body are merged to create movement that is controlled, powerful and complete. Each class is designed to strengthen the entire body and bring balance to the mind. The studio is structured around small class sizes so that each person can be given the proper attention and added level of comfort. Their goal is for each client to walk through the door ready for a challenge and to leave the studio feeling each and every muscle worked. Please wear comfortable yoga or exercise clothes. Slightly form fitting clothes are advised so that the instructor may provide alignment cues and corrections.
