This place is super unprofessional. My appointment was 10am and when I arrived and was told they double booked and I had to wait for another hour. The facial was supposed to be 60mins and I was done in 30mins.

My toenail was cut way too short during the pedicure, which was painful and still sensitive.

The facial was fantastic! The product Dermalogica was perfect for my skin and didn’t feel like it burnt my skin. I have had this burning sensation at other places I have had facials at. Highly recommended!

Fantastic! My masseuse, Tina, was clearly experienced- she was very intuitive about the areas I had the most tension and pain, and she checked in often as she was working on knots to make sure I was comfortable. The facility is upscale and beautiful. I will be back!
