Kickboxing
Awesome class. Welcoming of newbies but super thorough.

Very informative and great instructors. Steve and Damien are great teachers

Very relaxed environment and really fun/sweaty workout. Old school martial arts/boxing gym. Kicked my a**

Very welcoming to newcomers! The instructor learned everyones name and gave lots of encouragement and helpful feedback on form. The first 15-20 minutes were more general HIIT stuff (lunges, crunches, etc), and the rest was kickboxing training with a partner. Definitely a real workout!
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu
Try not to toss someone next time would be better. Hurted my neck. Not sure how it is going to work out, but usually class is good.
Kickboxing
instructors were informative and really hands on. awesome class

Great 1 on 1 instruction on form
Muay Thai Kickboxing
This was a great class where we actually focused on the art form of Muy Thai with a little bit of cardio worked in for exercise. The instructor, Jerry, was great and made sure to show attention to most people within a group of 10-12 people.
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu
really fun, no one really greeted me though and was standing around for a bit. but once everyone got settled it was really great.
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu
Lots of hands on experience. Doesn't quite cater to beginners but questions are welcome and encouraged.
