About this studio

Their program is based on a cross-training principles. Each of the workouts builds on the previous session and will compliment other fitness regimens you might follow. Make sure to bring a workout mat and water for a great workout! 310 591 0199

How to prepare

Bring either a workout mat or full sized towel and a water bottle. Wear shoes that you don't mind getting sandy because they definitely will be!

How to get there

Classes take place at Mother's Beach in Marina del Rey. Please park in the lot off Palawan Way or at 4101 Admiralty Way. The meeting point for class is the beach behind Jamaica Bay Inn. Please walk towards 4175 Admiralty Way once you've parked and meet beachside, directly behind the hotel. You can park on Palawan way or in the lot on Palawan way.

What is ClassPass?
