Temperature checks

We will check the temperature of all participants as they access Fitness & Wellness on level 3.Every colleague will have their temperature checked before when commencing their shift as well as halfway through their shift. We prohibit employees who have a fever or are sick from engaging with guests.

Social distancing measures

For our new norm to be most effective, we seek your kind cooperation in observing floor and directional markings throughout the facilities.

Extra sanitation

We meet or exceed all local and regulatory guidelines relating to sanitation and hygiene. All high-touch common surfaces are disinfected very two hours. Fitness equipment is thoroughly cleaned and sanitised post each session using a EPA-registered quaternary ammonium based, no-rinse disinfectant.

Mask-wearing policies

Masks or face coverings are mandatory to be worn while in common areas of the facilities (optional during workout). Please bring your own if you have. We can help out if you forgot yours. Colleagues are required to wear personal protective equipment including masks and gloves during their service.
