About this studio

M Street Yoga is Southwest DC's local, neighborhood yoga studio! Yoga classes await just across the street from the Waterfront Metro stop. We offer classes for everyone - everyone is welcome. We offer a full roster of classes from beginner's to advanced Vinyasa, restorative, Yin, Sivananda, power hour, soul flow, slow flow, and more! The studio expanded in 2016. We offer equipment for free - mats, blocks, straps, eye pillows, bolsters, blankets, water (just bring your own water bottle) etc. We can't wait to meet you!

How to prepare

We are a super chill yoga studio! Just being yourself, comfy clothes, a water bottle, and we will take it from there!

How to get there

M Street Yoga, LLC is located at 300 M Street, SW. We are nestled on the ground floor of a condominium overlooking the courtyard of Carrollsburg, A Condominium. When you arrive at 300 M Street SW (right across from the Waterfront metro) you will see Senate Dry-Cleaners. Walk down the right side of the cleaners, past the glass-enclosed lobby of the apartment complex, and then you'll see our door - M Street Yoga is clearly painted on the front.

Stretching and relaxation focused. Not really a workout but a nice, calming time. The instructor made comfortable and gentle adjustments.

Chynna is a wonderful instructor, she is calm and clear. The class is low frills and challenging but adaptable for different abilities and levels of flexibility. It was my first time at M street yoga and I am definitely coming back.

What is ClassPass?
