It was awesome and the instructor really pushed me to try harder.
Inferno with Linda
Fun bootcamp-style workout. It was challenging, but the instructor was friendly and encouraged the class to go at their own pace and use modifications.

Clean, large selection of free weights and machines, a few of which are outdated but all well maintained. fun 80s/90s music, not too loud. not crowded.
ClassPass SPRINT with Linda
The Sprint class was a workout, but I didn't like the instructor. I've done a lot of spin classes, which is good since no one offered to help me adjust my bike. No one showed me how to change resistance settings, I had to watch other people to learn how. and then the bike gave resistance in numbers but she referred to them as "light" "heavy". When I asked her to clarify she was visibly annoyed.
