About this studio
At Lone Tree CrossFit, they coach and practice a wide variety of ‘functional movements,’ movements that everyday life demands. They match their training to each individuals intensity level and strength. From now on, you’ll be able to say goodbye to typical workout plateaus. LTCF will constantly encourage you to take your body to the next level. Typically the main Workout Of the Day (or WOD) is completed in less than 30 minutes.
