About this studio

We are a WOMEN ONLY studio and we provide mainly Jazzercise Dance Cardio and Strength training based program. Apart from that we are also offering Yoga, Zumba, Tabata, functional workout, and Bootcamp. What is Jazzercise? Jazzercise is the original dance party workout. Blending dance with pilates, yoga, kickboxing and more, one 55-minute session can burn up to 800 calories. You'll get long, lean muscles and a mood boost that can't be beat!

How to get there

Lola Fitness Studio at G67-1, Jalan Teknologi 3/9, Kota Damansara, Selangor. Grab car, MRT Kwasa Sentral or Kota Damansara is 5 minutes drives.

Yoga Basic Flow
Charmaine was great. it's only my 2nd time in my life for yoga so some poses are really hard but she really explained the different options for different levels of experience.
Dance Mixx by Jazzercise
Intense workout but can be a bit confusing for beginners but the steps repeat and you can catch it.
Contemporary Dance
Dalila was great and adapted the moves to the class level of experience. lots of laugh and learning to move our body. less of a workout more of dancing but so much fun!

charmaine was awesome and very detailed to all the posture we should do and how we should do. the studio is clean and bright too. its nice that its a all women studio.

What is ClassPass?
