Flow with Katie
Wasnt flow, actually ended up being restorative. But... still enjoyed it! Love this place.
Ashtanga with Ryan
Love this place! Its super cute, the instructor was kind and helpful. It was challenging but definitely worth it.
Power with Nora
A bit disjointed and didnt feel like a power class as was labeled.
Power with Meg
I enjoyed the instructor and practice. It might be a good idea to have a stricter no cellphone policy in the studio, as the woman next to me had one and was distracting throughout the class.
Yogalates with Julie
Julie was great!
