Great instructor with easy to follow positions that are great for stretching your back

Shira was amazing!! this was my first time taking this class and with her, and I felt totally welcome and motivated throughout the class. I am feeling challenged and enjoyed a great workout today.

Same 6 circuits for an hour, and not enough equipment for the group.

Amazing class. Shira is literally the best instructor in this city. She gives so much detail to class participants at every level and is conscious of injures. Highly recommend this class!

Not great instruction, no corrections given, boring

Weird format. High-intensity circuit training, 50 seconds on for 8 exercises followed by a single 50 seconds break. Had to self moderate intensity, and ended up burning myself out. Would've preferred to go as hard as I could, with appropriate rest intervals.

not enough breaks between circuits stations. great workout though!

Pretty good workout. No warm up though and the first exercise was 1 min then 45 sec then 30 sec of burpees. Also the circuit gave 1 min at each exercise but no time to transition so it wasnt really a minute.

What is ClassPass?
