The class could have been more organized. Its more weight heavy, and doesnt really get your heart rate going, but for that its good.

Good class overall but I wish the instructor would demonstrate the exercises.

Basically a HIIT class but fewer stations so you repeat them more often. Really great workout and awesome staff at Live Fit.

George is upbeat, attentive, and thoughtful about challenging you at the right level during the workout. He has great music. This was my second visit to this place, and this was a way better experience than my first one (different instructor)!

I would not recommend this class. The class was in the same room as all the gym equipment which meant that people are lifting next to you and sometimes grunting. It also means, you are in a chilly environment because they are trying to keep the other gym go-ers cool. Also, the wiring and the transitions between Yoga moves were sometimes a bit awkward and did not flow. I feel like we spent a lot of time in forward fold, while the instructor tried to decide what to queue next.

Not good for beginners, or people who need music/beats and a motivational instructor to get their workout pumping! Instructor did not act like she wanted to be there. Was on her phone some. Didnt explain or demo the moves. Didnt use a motivational tone of voice or cuing. There wasnt any music. No orientation or tour of the facility.

Great class! Heart rate was up most of the time and it ended very sweaty. Instructor had a lot of energy and had a lot of modification suggestions as well.
