About this studio

Legacy Fitness is a unique boxing fitness studio located in Central Florida. We offer cardio boxing and kickboxing, circuit training, TRX suspension training in combination classes so you can train like an champion. Every class is unique and different so you never do the same workout twice as you burn up to 800 calories. All levels are welcome. Our classes are taught by top notch boxing trainers and will leave you feeling empowered and strong.

How to prepare

Boxing gloves are suggested. Loaner gloves are available for first visits only. Boxing gloves are also available to purchase at the studio for $49 plus tax. Bring water and a towel. Prepare to have fun and burn up to 800 calories.

Tough class. It will kick your butt but give you a great workout. Roddy was an awesome instructor. I was a beginner and had never boxed and after giving instruction to the class he came to me and gave me one on one coaching to start, I loved it!

Great class! Small class size and very helpful teachers! Half the time was spent on cardio and conditioning and the other half was boxing. I left feeling like I had an amazing workout!!
