About this studio
Kundalini Yoga (as taught by Yogi Bhajan) is an ancient technology and science. It is often referred to as the “Yoga of Awareness.” It works by using asanas (postures), pranayama (breathing), mantra (chants), mudra (hand gestures) and meditation. These are combined together and taught in a Kriya (sequence of postures) that have a specific goal working on the physical, mental and emotional levels. They are designed to bring about balance and transformation by working on a particular system of the body. Kundalini Yoga can make you feel relaxed, build a healthy body, feel peaceful, vibrant and alive. How to prepare
Please wear comfortable yoga or exercise clothes. Wearing slightly form-fitting clothing is advised so that the instructor may provide alignment cues and corrections.
