Looking for an uplifting outdoor workout program? We will provide you with a superb outdoor workout that will challenge you and leave you invigorated. You will experience an incredible improvement in your muscle tone and all around fitness. We use motivational techniques and life-coaching in our classes so that you leave each session feeling pumped both mentally and physically. We take our workouts, not ourselves, seriously. We will make sure you achieve all of your lifestyle goals with a smile on your face. We are the best way to start your day! Where: Monday, Wednesday and Friday we are at Robert Burns Park Corner Van Ness Ave and Beverly Blvd CA 90004. Tuesday and Thursdays we are at Griffith Park. Meet across from Trails Cafe, 2333 Fern Dell Dr, Los Angeles, CA 90068.

How to prepare

Please bring a yoga mat for Mon, Wed, and Fri classes. Running shoes and water for trail runs at Griffith on Tue and Thursdays.

How to get there

Classes take place at Robert Burns Park in Larchmont corner Van Ness and Beverly Mon, Wed and Fri. Classes take place at Griffith Park, meeting oppositve The Trails Cafe, 2333 Fernd Dell Drive, Los Feliz, on Tue and Thursdays.

LifeLift Trail Running Workout @ Griffith Park
Amazing workout! 45 minutes of pure cardio running up and down Griffith Park. I haven't been trail running in a year or so, but Robin stuck by my side the entire time motivating me and helping me reach the top. You'll feel accomplished AF when you reach the top and are taking in the amazing views.

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.

Price of membership depends on your plan type and city, and you can book and explore classes ranging from yoga to barre to cycling to martial arts – the options are truly endless!
