About this studio
Their cardio kickboxing and strength building is an exhilarating workout simultaneously burns fat and sculpts muscles, getting your body in great shape in a short amount of time. The calories burned from an hour of cardio kickboxing average between 500-600, and if you are especially intense, you can burn up to 1000 calories! Their yoga programs have their roots in vinyasa flow yoga. While most of their yoga schedule is power-flow-focused, several classes weave other yoga styles (such as yin and restorative) in as well. How to prepare
Kickboxing: Make sure to arrive 15 minutes before class time and bring a form of payment for the small loaner glove fee. Please wear comfortable workout clothing that you can move freely in, and a sweat towel of course! Bring a water bottle (they have a bottle filler for you). Also please bring a lock for use in their beautiful locker rooms. Yoga: Please arrive early so you are not feeling rushed. We have blocks, mats, straps and blankets available for your use. There is a $5 mat loaner fee if you do not have your own.

Kickit Fitness and Yoga is located at 4062 South 4000 West in West Valley City, UT. We are just off Bangerter at the 4100 exit.
