About this studio

At their River North location, Kick@55 designs a DIFFERENT WORKOUT EVERY DAY that caters to both men and women, beginners and experts, and all age levels. ALL of their instructors are CERTIFIED in group fitness and can modify parts of the workout on-the-fly if they seem too easy for some or too challenging for others. Some of their workouts are more cardio-based and some are more strength-focused, but all will get your heart racing, your body sweating, and your muscles burning. In addition to using your own body movements, they incorporate barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, jump ropes, medicine balls, battle ropes, plyoboxes, hurdles, monkey bars, and much more. Come experience a FUN workout that will fly by, shock your body, and get you the results you're looking for!

How to prepare

This is a high intensity class. Gym shoes are mandatory. Bring a waterbottle or purchase water. We have showers, towels, hair dryers, shampoo and conditioner.

Veryyy helpful and friendly staff. I loved the playlist and trainer’s instructions, it was challenging, but was a great full body workout as I’m slowly returning to strong Cardio. The group and the atmosphere were nice as well. Definitely Recommended!

Studio is way too small for how much running around there was. Also the class is a 55 minute continuous flow, with no breaks, so form starts to suffer. I would suggest building in more (small) breaks so that form can be emphasized and corrected in order to prevent injuries.

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.

Price of membership depends on your plan type and city, and you can book and explore classes ranging from yoga to barre to cycling to martial arts – the options are truly endless!

The number of classes you can take and the number of times you can visit a studio per month depends on which plan you're on. You can figure out which plan you're on by going to your Account Settings and looking under 'Your current plan.' With hundreds of studios in our ever-growing network, you're bound to always find a new class to enjoy. When your cycle renews, you can go back and revisit those favorites yet again!
