Kick@55 Bike & Burn Bootcamp Class with Susan
I’ve taken bike and burn about 10 times, but you could tell Susan was an instructor who didn’t normally teach this class. She was very nice but didn’t know how to structure spacing, hills, etc.- it felt like the real instructor bailed last minute. I’ll obviously keep taking bike and burn, but not with this instructor although I’m sure her other classes are great.

Such a good cardio class! I was dying half way through and had to keep taking breaks but hoping to build up more endurance after taking this class a few times. Will be back!

About this studio

At their River North location, Kick@55 designs a DIFFERENT WORKOUT EVERY DAY that caters to both men and women, beginners and experts, and all age levels. ALL of their instructors are CERTIFIED in group fitness and can modify parts of the workout on-the-fly if they seem too easy for some or too challenging for others. Some of their workouts are more cardio-based and some are more strength-focused, but all will get your heart racing, your body sweating, and your muscles burning. In addition to using your own body movements, they incorporate barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, jump ropes, medicine balls, battle ropes, plyoboxes, hurdles, monkey bars, and much more. Come experience a FUN workout that will fly by, shock your body, and get you the results you're looking for!

How to prepare

This is a high intensity class. Gym shoes are mandatory. Bring a waterbottle or purchase water. We have showers, towels, hair dryers, shampoo and conditioner.

What is ClassPass?
