Kick@55 Total Body Bootcamp with Tracy
Tracy was on her phone the whole time. Also, no attention was paid to form or technique. Definitely not for all levels, you are expected to know how to do all the workouts otherwise you will fall behind. There is also no cool down or warm up, as well as no time to transition between workouts. So you’re constantly jumping into totally new workouts. Many exercises also involved weights and advanced movements that could easily injure someone if they doing have perfect technique. Things like kettlebell swings, barbell lunges, suitcase squats, and other free weight workouts are done at a very fast pace with the instructor not watching to correct form. Also the music is cranked up to 11, and keeps getting louder if Tracy finds a song she likes. I had to step out a few times bc my ears actually started hurting. My GF even had to ask the front desk if they had earplugs. Yes I was tired at the end and burned calories, but if you don’t have much experience, this class is not for you.

Kick@55 Total Body Bootcamp with Tracy
Terrible instructor- was on social media the entire class and did not pay attention to form whole students were struggling with the workout. Too many different work outs and a very quick pace. Definitely not for beginners or intermediate. Very advanced.
Kick@55 Total Body Hump Day Hustle with Alex
Challenging with Great Music
Kick@55 Bike & Burn Bootcamp Class with Tracy
This class was kick-ass. I highly recommend if you’re sick of the regular workout classes offered around the city. The bike and burn merged the bike with HIIT, weightlifting, and cardio and totally killed me in a good way.
Kick@55 Upper Body with Core + Cardio with Maranda
