About this studio

Keepfit Bootcamp is all about working hard, but sticking to your own pace and getting results while having fun. We love helping you start your fitness journey and keep fit. Our friendly team of instructors will listen and work with your needs and make sure you leave the session feeling empowered. All levels are welcome. Our indoor sessions are held at the renowned Central YMCA club in the heart of London. The address is: 112 Great Russell Street, Fitzrovia, London WC1B 3NQ. The club is 2 minutes walk from Tottenham court Road station. There are lockers, showers and changing rooms available on site.

How to prepare

Please bring a water bottle to class and wear appropriate fitness clothing. There are changing rooms and showers available at the club. Please be advised that usage of the YMCA club gym is strictly prohibited by non members and as a keepfitbootcamp member you cannot use any of the other facilities within the club.

How to get there

The venue is 2 minutes walk from Tottenham Court Road station. Ask reception for the exercise studio who will then direct you.

I followed the directions to the boot camp and no one was there....

Quite an easy class - 20 second intervals with 10 second rests. Nice back and ab exercises at the end.

We were not able to find that work out in the park, and ended up working out on our own...the instructions on ClassPass regarding its location is not clear at all

To many people in the class for the space and was very disorganised didnt seem to be a plan

The facilities are dreadful, not even changing rooms(just toilets) teacher started without asking for injuries and it was more an aerobics class rather than bootcamp. It was too hard for my knees so left half through the class. Won't be back

What is ClassPass?
