About this studio

Kate Porter Yoga is a boutique studio located on the East Coast of Singapore. They offer yoga and Pilates classes, as well as fun holidays, workshops and more in a friendly and supportive atmosphere. They believe in conducting Yoga for Normal People, where you can come to get healthier, to feel good about yourself, regardless of your fitness level, flexibility, size, age or shape. How to prepare

Wear comfortable yoga and Pilates clothes that allow for ease and a range of motion. Mats, towels and props are provided but you can bring your own if you prefer. There is one shower room and toiletries are provided. Drinks and snacks are available for sale.

How to get there

Kate Porter Yoga is located at 5000G Marine Parade Road, #01-27 in Laguna Park, Singapore 449290. They are on the far left of the compound when you pass the security guardhouse. There is parking within the compound. After exiting the ECP at exit 8a, turn right at the first traffic light. Thereafter, take the first possible right turn after the next traffic light into Laguna Park. If you are driving yourself, after parking, ask to be directed to Block G, they are the corner unit.

Yin/Yang with Simona
Simona is a very patient calm and attentive instructor. She was very attentive to my wife who is pregnant. The class has a nice balance of Yin and Yang and is very suited for beginners. The place has a nice feel to it with the rustling of the leaves outside and very quiet. The reception staff is very attentive and detailed and service was awesome. Loved the tea and towel at the end.
Beginner with Karen
Karen conducted a great beginners class. Left feeling relaxed and recharged, like I’d had a massage :) The sequences included poses from sun salutation and holding the poses for a few breaths. Excellent bright, airy studio space without air conditioning, which I like!
Pilates with Ling
I’ll join this class again if it is by Ling Feng! He was working on my core muscles which I have never stretched before! ????????????????‍♂️????????‍♂️
Vinyasa with Li
Class was well paced and great! Li Ling was very clear in her instructions and she helped me to stretch further into my poses and adjusted my alignment. Will be back!
Pilates Resistance with Christopher
Love this class. Good level, but doable
Beginner (75 mins) with Li
Li Ling is very professional, knowledgeable and possesses the skills to help students strengthened their body and keeping their health welfare in mind. She will understand everyone’s health conditions and plan appropriately to make yoga an enjoyable activity and at the same time alleviate the pain our body are facing. Very commendable.
