KAHA FITNESS is a group fitness and training community for women and men of every age and every fitness level. Whether you're a seasoned athlete or just beginning your fitness journey, you'll find a variety of options at KAHA. KAHA FITNESS offers Les Mills group classes with elite-level instructors who are specifically trained to focus on your form and your results.

How to prepare

Wear comfortable athletic clothing. Cross trainers are recommended for most classes. In mat classes like Bodydflow, they recommend going barefoot or wearing non-slip socks. Kaha Fitness supplies all the equipment you need for class and they offer cubbies to store your belongings. The only things they recommend that you bring are water (also available for purchase at the front desk) and a sweat towel.

How to get there

Kaha Fitness is inside the loop on the Northeast corner of Indianapolis. The closest major intersection is 71st Street and Binford Ave. From Binford, go West on 71st Street. You'll go through one stoplight (at Graham Rd), then turn left onto Hawthorn Park Drive. The road will wind back a bit and lead to a business park. Look for the Kaha Fitness signs pointing you in the right direction and then into the parking lot at 6857 Hawthorn Park Drive, Indianapolis, IN 46220.

Great workout, supportive environment, great people - cant ask for more
Really enjoyed this class as a light alternative to CrossFit. Ive always wanted to check out CrossFit, but was really intimidated. This got me in the door and with moves I understood/could pick up quickly. Low key staff and atmosphere, but still welcoming and authentic. Definitely a killer workout! I cant wait to use up some more credits here!

I thought this facility was great. Very comfortable and welcoming setting. There was a slight mishap in scheduling the instructor, but it was handled well. I got a taste of two classes because of it and everyone was very nice. I plan on going back for sure.

So fun! A great workout in only 30mins!
Class was good. Instructors nice. However the studio leaves something to be desired. A bit dingy. Your credits go further other places unless you want a les mills class.

Really tough diving in but the instructor was inspiring! She made me want to work hard and didnt make me feel silly when I couldnt figure out the combinations.

What is ClassPass?
