About this studio

Established in 2005, the sole purpose of Judy's Group Fitness has and always will be, to provide a safe place in which to experience an energy that will motivate one to action. The physical benefits are merely a consequence of this and the method, Kick Boxing with B.O.B. (body opponent blocker). It's not about exercising, kicking higher or doing more push-ups...it's about cheering you on your path of discovery and growth, supporting you, and igniting your courage and Warrior Spirit!

How to prepare

Please... 1) wear comfortable active wear 2) clean indoor running shoes only 3) bring a water bottle and towel...it gets sweaty! 4) arrive early to class...Studio doors open 15 minutes before & after classes 5) FOR YOUR SAFETY - Gloves mandatory - available for purchase (online or at the studio) and rental ($5 per class at the Studio). 6) bring your spunk and willing spirit...Judy's Group Fitness will take care of the rest! See you in class!

How to get there

Judy's Group Fitness is located on the lower level of 3077 Bathurst St in Toronto, Ontario (1 block north of Lawrence on the east side). Free On-site and street parking is available. The main studio entrance is accessible via the rear parking area. The Studio is also accessible via the building main entrance on Bathurst.

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.

Price of membership depends on your plan type and city, and you can book and explore classes ranging from yoga to barre to cycling to martial arts – the options are truly endless!

The number of classes you can take and the number of times you can visit a studio per month depends on which plan you're on. You can figure out which plan you're on by going to your Account Settings and looking under 'Your current plan.' With hundreds of studios in our ever-growing network, you're bound to always find a new class to enjoy. When your cycle renews, you can go back and revisit those favorites yet again!
