JOGA HIIT/ Regen with Bianca
Friendly front desk staff and spacious change room. But the studio floor was pretty dirty, the instructor didn’t try to learn names even though there weren’t many of us in the class, the music was too slow for the activities, and we spent far too long on breathing exercises. It was also irritating how the instructor used anatomical terminology (dorsiflexion, etc) instead of telling us to point or flex our toes.

Such a lovely place! The instructors are so welcoming and sweet. Class sizes are small and the workouts challenging. The location is amazing as well. Cannot recommend this place enough!!!

This class pushes just enough to get your muscles firing, then relaxes you right back down. Sooo relaxed afterwards!

I didnt love the class or the studio. The front desk person was lovely and super friendly, but I found the rest of the experience subpar. The washroom was so dirty and grungy, and the workout was nothing special. There are way better gyms and classes in Toronto.

great stretch! the end music was too emotional for a workout and it was sometimes hard to hear because of it, but super attentive instructor!

About this studio

JOGA is a movement system that combines the benefits of yoga with the biomechanics of sport. JOGA is meant to keep you agile not fragile, sleep not stress and transform weaknesses into strengths. All levels are welcome. The individualized system works for each body and provides results for the athlete in you.

How to prepare

Hydrate before class and arrive 15 minutes early. Let them know you are new to JOGA House and they will help set you up. Wear gear you can sweat and move in. Mats and towels are complimentary.

JOGA house is located on the lower level of 208 Bloor Street West. Look for their door on the left.

What is ClassPass?
