Vaccination policies
All guests must provide valid proof of vaccination to workout indoors. Once provided, your account will be updated with a checkmark so that you do not have to complete this process at each visit. See here for details on what is required: https://www2.gov.bc.ca/gov/content/covid-19/vaccine/proof
Mask-wearing policies
Masks are required in indoor public settings, save for while you are on your mat.
Ventilation system
We have a robust HVAC system and our air exchange is kept on for the duration of the day, cycling air from outside in and vice versa.
Extra sanitation
All equipment and high touch surfaces are cleaned thoroughly between each class. This includes any props or mats used during class.
