At Jack Jones Fitness, we love Movement and we are big believers in functional-based exercise strategies for all - really moving your body the way it's meant to! So, what does that mean for you? We absolutely understand the uniqueness of your body and so, we create programs that are going to work for every fitness level, all levels of mobility and all ages! We'll get you moving better than you ever have before and if you want to train specifically for events, or for change or just for longevity, then we've got you covered. We're not machine-based, so you won't find rows & rows of equipment, but we do love loaded tools - kettlebells, sandbells, ViPR's, dumbells, deadballs, ropes - you name it and we'll get you playing with it! How to prepare
Firstly, welcome to Jack Jones Fitness! Things you need to know, for all sessions: • Please be on time, arriving 10 minutes prior to your session start time • Inform your trainer of any injuries, medical conditions or concerns you may have around participating in the session you are attending, prior to the session start time • Turn your phone to silent during all sessions • Bring a towel and full water bottle with you to every session We look forward to meeting you! How to get there
Jack Jones Fitness and Personal Training is located at 3 Beaumont Street, Albion. There is onstreet parking in Beaumont St, Nariel St and also on Sandgate Rd. Enter through the garage door and wonder at our vertical garden!
