Small classroom, good if want intimate routine assistance and are beginner strength training.

This class was very difficult but exactly what I was looking for! The workout is targeted to each muscle group and the instructor was very helpful with modifications. Definitely going to go back!!

This class was super hard but a great workout! The instructor was very helpful as I am a beginner and haven’t done many of these exercises in the past! Definitely recommend but be prepared to be sore! Haha

What is ClassPass?
