Awesome instructor! Such a fun workout.

The class was fun but you definitely need to wear tall socks or the boots will rub and it’s very uncomfortable. Also it’s very hard to find so first timers give yourself plenty of time to get there.

No signs VERY hard to find. Instructor was nice and helpful. She made sure our shoes fit perfectly. About 1/2 way through the class my shins started to hurt. Three hours later, I am now beginning to see bruising on my shin. Would maybe try a class again with different size shoes and thicker socks ????
