Not bad but I wish Sophie would tell people what was coming up next, like right BEFORE, she starts the countdowns. Multiple times she would start counting down to the next set, and we were all super confused what we were counting down to/supposed to do next

Fantastic, loved the 25 min run with building speed then 4 quick sprints and then a 30 min weighted routing for glutes, shoulders, tris and core, finished with a good stretch series. Another great instructor!

20ish min run, rest high repetition sculpting. The good: liked the sculpting, moves flowed together without breaks (but i took my own because it was challenging!) The less good: instructor had issues with timing (e.g. 2 min was actually 1.5-2.5 min), made it hard to self motivate and pace. The latter is just practice, so should be easy to fix. Wish the studio would open the blinds.
